What can I do at the Virtual Career Fair?

  • View and apply for fresh and exciting jobs from top leading companies. To help prepare for this event, find out which companies will be participating, register for the event and you will receive job alerts with the positions available.
  • Learn and interact with organizations about their open jobs, their company culture, and why they value diversity in the workplace.
  • Chat live with employers/recruiters and get interviewed through chat and audio conference.

Connect, Meet and Hire Delta Sigma Theta Members 

Delta Sigma Theta® will be hosting their 56th National Convention in Indianapolis July 18-19, 2023. Over 10,000 Delta members are expected to attend. To reach as many members as possible Delta Sigma Theta will sponsor a Virtual Career Fair on July 6. On July 18-19 employers may also decide to participate onsite LIVE at the Convention in Indianapolis . Use the LIVE portion to meet and interview candidates you may have met at the virtual event.

The LIVE session of the Annual Conference will include additional candidates attending the Conference but who may not have participated in the virtual portion. Now employers can choose how they participate.
